When Too Faced announced there would be another eye shadow palette as part of the Peaches and Cream collection I got super excited. By far my favorite part of that collection was the eye shadows that were released. The White Peach palette stays within the peach family of colors but offers more versatility than the first matte palette. Make sure to also check out our Peaches & Cream review!

The White Peach palette overall is a cooler tone palette and includes some lovely luminous glittery shadows as well as matte. The shadows are easy to blend which can be hit or miss with Too Faced. There is a decent range of colors included in this. I have seen some people complain that it’s difficult to get a full eye look with it though. While I agree with this to a point, I have been able to get some fun looks out of it. I do wish there was slightly more variety though. It does pair really well with the Just Peachy palette so if you are in need of a few other shades, it should help you out.

The Eye Shadows

There are twelve shadows in the palette, three rows of four. each row is a mixture of matte, shimmer and sparkle. The shadows are nice and creamy. Even the sparkles are easy to blend.

Top Row

Peach Cream is a cream colored matte

Peach Suede is matte in dusty rose

Peaches & Dreams is a shimmery peach with hints of gold

Creme De La Peach is a low sparkle shade with gold and corals

Middle Row

Peach Sorbet is a simple matte peach

Glistening Peach is a pink with gold sparkle that create a rose gold look

Peach Smoothie is a light pink matte

Sweet Fig is a matte mauve

Bottom Row

Peach Ice is a white sparkle with hints of gold

Fuzzy is a matte and a mix of beige and taupe

On The Grill is a dark brown and grey matte

Peach Passion is a blue and purple sparkle

Overall I really love this palette and have fun creating day and night time looks with it. I do think it best geared for night time looks with the darker and sparkly shades. My favorite combination so far has been with Glistening Peach, Sweet Fix, Peach Ice, and Peach Passion!

About

What is Counter Culture? Well, Webster’s refers to it as: “a way of life and set of attitudes opposed to or at variance with the prevailing social norm.” They’re right of course, and over here at Not your Counter Culture, we want to elaborate on that variance. From food, music and lifestyle commentaries, to social issues and culture in every sense of the word. This blog is a collaborative collection of what’s new, what’s trending, and what truly makes folks like us a little more out of the ordinary.
